Our iCook project

This gourmet restaurant located in Mons, in Belgium, with its tiny Hotel part (4 rooms) needed an innovative and creative design to accommodate the menus of its head chef Jean-Philippe Watteyne, a Top Chef finalist.

Transparency and elegance for the dining room of the exceptional restaurant.

Straight vertical and horizontal lines that create spatial perspectives for a graphic effect. A giant transparent cube, the true mineral heart of this place together with a bubble of intimacy. Everything aligned to create a sense of lightness, well-being, and softness. Materials of wood, metal, glass leading to an alliance of minerals and plants. The bronze and gold tones standing out against the striking black background. The lights that highlight the private or shared spaces, mainly arranged in the large room so that everyone feels at home. Cosy and comfortable furniture made of wood and natural leather to accompany all the gastronomic pleasures.

The hotel part:

Four themed rooms, spacious with fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. Each one tells a story for the hotel guest to enjoy.

LA CHEF that with its colours evokes the show where top Chef Jean-Phi brilliantly qualified for the final. Crucial element of the room: the magnificent monumental chandelier and the bold pans and other utensils on display.

L'EXOTIQUE, a reminder of the first meeting between Jean-phi and the woman who later became his wife. It features a large bed lined with bamboo.

LA BRETONNE with its natural stone basins and the "boat" bath. Jean-Phi's wife is from Brittany...

And finally, LA BELGE in the colours of the national flag, guarded by a small monkey, the symbol of the spirit of Mons.
