Exsud × Under

Naturally blended into the landscape, the Under restoration respects the surrounding nature. It was created according to the philosophy of returning to the source: to create, imagine and make people dream without destroying the entire ecosystem.

Behind this amazing project is the architectural firm Snøhetta, which has imagined more than just an underwater restaurant… The whole concept is hidden Under.

In a way, this is also what our philosophy is aiming for. It is quite natural, by the way, and after numerous consultations with the chef and his entire team, Exsud naturally chose the "RAW" style for the production of cutlery for Under restaurants.

A unique place… unique cutlery… And every dish on the menu (and there are more than 18, not counting appetizers!) will be decorated with a bespoke and exclusive Exsud creation for the Under restaurant.
