Gourmet restaurant

Transparency and elegance define the dining room of this exceptional restaurant. Straight, vertical, and horizontal lines create spatial perspectives for a striking graphic effect. A gigantic transparent cube, the true mineral heart of the space, is complemented by a more intimate setting. The entire space is designed to generate a feeling of lightness, well-being, and serenity. The materials—wood, metal, and glass—compose a harmonious blend of mineral and plant elements. Bronze and gold tones stand out against an intense black background. The interplay of light highlights the private and shared spaces, primarily in the main dining room, ensuring that everyone feels at home. The cozy and comfortable furniture, crafted from wood and natural leather, perfectly complements the gastronomic experience.

The Hotel Section

The hotel section comprises four spacious, themed rooms, each with a fully equipped private bathroom. Each room tells a story, offering guests a unique experience.

LA CHEF , with its colors, evokes the show in which Jean-Phi brilliantly qualified for the Top Chef final. The room's centerpiece is a sumptuous, monumental chandelier and a bold display of pots and pans.

L'EXOTIQUE recalls the first meeting between Jean-Phi and the woman who would later become his wife. It features a large bed bordered with bamboo.

LA BRETONNE , with its natural stone washbasins and its "boat" shaped bathtub. Jean-Phi's wife is from Brittany…

And finally THE BELGIAN , in the colours of the national flag, watched over by a little monkey, symbol of the spirit of Mons.
