You feel at one with nature in this open space dedicated to good food, a place where nature has reclaimed its rights. The materials, of course, are essential. Raw stone, brick, metal, solid wood, and fabrics sing of their textures and warm, deep colors.
Light and height
Like a choir resonating beneath the high ceiling traversed by an immense path of black hammered metal leaves. Light falls from above, pours from the shafts, or flows along electric vines that end in terracotta stalactites.

Under is a unique restaurant, rooted in the Norwegian landscape, designed to blend into nature without altering it.
The interior design adopts a RAW style, conceived in collaboration with the chef to enhance the dining experience. Each dish is accompanied by custom-made cutlery, making every meal a complete sensory experience.

iCook
iCook was redesigned by Exsud at the request of chef Jean-Philippe Watteyne to transform a small, convivial table into a refined, comfortable, and welcoming space. The decor blends raw wood, black, white, and touches of gold, for a style that is at once natural, understated, and modern.
