The lines are clean, the volumes controlled, leaving room for a subtle scenography where each element finds its perfect place. Metal, textiles, and plays of light interact to create an urban and sophisticated atmosphere, without ever feeling cold.
Both the bedrooms and lounge areas are designed as cocoons, where bespoke furniture, soft textures, and contrasting materials invite relaxation. The carefully considered lighting highlights the shapes and creates a hushed atmosphere, conducive to rest as well as moments of conviviality.
Lounge Bar
At the Lounge Bar, the décor becomes more expressive: a blend of contemporary design and lounge style, where comfortable seating, deep hues, and graphic details create an elegant, nighttime ambiance. At Sint Ji, the décor isn't static, but a sensory experience. It accompanies every moment, transforms the space, and gives the venue its unique identity.

iCook was redesigned by Exsud at the request of chef Jean-Philippe Watteyne to transform a small, convivial table into a refined, comfortable, and welcoming space. The decor blends raw wood, black, white, and touches of gold, for a style that is at once natural, understated, and modern.

Under is a unique restaurant, rooted in the Norwegian landscape, designed to blend into nature without altering it.
The interior design adopts a RAW style, conceived in collaboration with the chef to enhance the dining experience. Each dish is accompanied by custom-made cutlery, making every meal a complete sensory experience.
