Deeply rooted in the Norwegian landscape, the Under restaurant embodies a strong philosophy: respecting the environment and integrating with it without altering its character. This vision, conceived as a return to our roots, guides every decision made at the establishment.

The architectural firm Snøhetta is behind this exceptional project. More than just an underwater restaurant, Under is a comprehensive concept, a sensory experience where architecture, nature, and gastronomy converge.

After numerous discussions with the chef and his team, the choice of a RAW style was made for the creation of the restaurant's cutlery.

Unique venue, unique tableware: more than 18 dishes – not counting snacks – are each accompanied by a bespoke piece, designed exclusively for Under.

iCook

iCook was redesigned by Exsud at the request of chef Jean-Philippe Watteyne to transform a small, convivial table into a refined, comfortable, and welcoming space. The decor blends raw wood, black, white, and touches of gold, for a style that is at once natural, understated, and modern.
